If test is good, go to Step 6. If test results are not correct, replace the Hall Sensor. Replace all parts and panels before operating. Plug in range or reconnect power. Start a cook cycle and check for proper operation. Enter the diagnostic mode to view the “Faults” screen. Press START TIME or DELAY START to clear each Fault.

A few weeks ago when attempting to bake something, we started the oven normally by setting the bake temperature. Once the oven reached approx 200o , a code (F8E0) appeared on the digital display along with the error 'Cooling Fan Speed Too Low'. I pulled the oven away from the wall and followed the instructions on the service manual:
*1.Unplug range or disconnect power.
2.Pull the range forward and remove the top access cover.
3.Verify there are no obstructions in the blower. If there is an obstruction, remove it and go to Step 6. If no obstructions, go to Step 4.
4.Disconnect control board connect or P5 and check the fan motor for 105Ω resistance between P5-1 and P6-3. If the motor test is not good, replace motor and go to Step 6. If motor tests good, go to Step 5.
5.Check the Hall Sensor by removing the control board P7 connector and testing for 5 VDC between P7-7 and P7-1. If test is good, go to Step 6. If test results are not correct, replace the Hall Sensor.*
At this point I found that the fan motor resistance measured OK but the Hall Sensor Voltage measurement showed a problem. With this info, I called Whirlpool who was adamant that my range did not have a Hall sensor and that they could not provide a part # but could solve my issue for $450. They did not know why my instruction manual said to check the hall sensor. After all this, I cleaned up all of the electrical contacts and carefully assembled everything before turning on the oven. I saw no error, and was able to use the oven multiple times until again now, 3 weeks later I am getting the same error. The Whirlpool website doesnt even recognize my model number so i cant look up parts to swap out.
I have also tested the cooling fan in 'Test Mode' Cancel>Cancel>Start>Timer Set and found that it reaches 2000rpm based on the digital readout.
TL;DR - Oven Error Code F8E0, Cooling Fan Speed Too Low, Unable to properly troubleshoot issue.
